  • To cancel your Google Fi plan, you’ll need to access the “Manage plan” menu under your “Account” settings.

  • Google Fi plans offer a cancel any time policy, allowing users to drop their service when they see fit and without penalty.

  • Between the unlimited domestic texting and calling, high-speed data downloads, low-cost international calls, Google Fi may be worth the extra costs, so do the math before you drop the service.

There’s a lot to love about Google Fi. Members get reliable cell coverage in almost every square mile of America. That’s because it offers data service from U.S. Cellular, Sprint, and T-Mobile, automatically switching to whichever carrier has the best signal in real-time.

It also gives you unlimited calling and texts in the US, and, depending on your plan, users can enjoy free or very low-cost international calling.

The "Flexible" plan starts at $20 monthly for a single user, but each GB of data costs $10.

The Flexible plan starts at $20 per month for an individual user but can cost as much as $80 monthly. Meanwhile, an “Unlimited” plan starts at $70 a month for a single user. Compare those rates with a major carrier like Sprint, where a more basic plan can cost $45 per month, or a low cost (and low data) plan from Ting, which can be yours for as little as $15 monthly.

The process for canceling your service is the same, whether you’re on the web or using the mobile app. If Google Fi isn’t working for you anymore, here’s how to cancel the Alphabet company’s wireless service.
